Keep in mind that this is how I cel shade. D: It's probably not the right way, if there is a right way. Just the way I feel most comfortable with.

I tried to make it simple to follow, though absolute beginners might find it confusing. You need atleast SOME Photoshop experience for this to make sense. ]:

And yes, that IS an original character. If you think he looks like some other anime/game character, it wasn't my intention for it to turn out that way. ]:

Oh geez I just realized that i could use the polygonal lasso tool for laying down the flat colors lol, I've been doing it manually this whole time. ._.
